To cycle Australia has been an ambition for a long time, since my first trip here almost 10 years ago, so I made a start by trying out some of the tracks Victoria has to offer.
The Warburton Trail is 32km from Lilydale and has some great spots along the way, one being the railway café in Seville, a hundred year old rail carriage dropped in the middle of nowhere and turned into a cool little spot to grab a famous Melbourne coffee. I recently picked up a new Giant mountain bike from gumtree and a rapid sling for my Nikon so was eager to test them both out.
I took my NIkon D5300, new rapid sling and set off on my bike to see what the trail had for me. I met a beautiful Husky called Mishka and a stunning horse along the way, two of my favourite animals. Enjoy.
