In a past life, my photography used to figure very heavily in protest movements. Recent events in Melbourne gave me an opportunity to attend such an event as Reclaim Australia and No Room for Racism protestors clashed outside the Parliament building of Victoria on Spring Street on July 18th. 

Ultimately we are one species living on space station earth. The universe is a big place and we might be all we have. If we don’t learn to get along, we are set for a very lonely existence indeed.
